JK Padampat Singhania institute of management and technology provides
exposure to students to enable them to compete in corporate world by
revising and upgrading the course and pedagogy as per contemporary
requirements. We try to inculcate the skill set among JKPS students to
enable them to become successful managers. Our pedagogy ensures that the
quality of adaptability leadership, team work and innovation to be imparted
so that they become change agent and smoothly sail through the turbulent
times and successfully face the complexity and competition of corporate
world.
Placement process at JKPS is generally a student managed activity
recognizing the importance attached to placement activities by student;
there is a Placement Committee to provide overall supervision and directions
for final as well as summer Placements of the students. This committee
consists of a Faculty Coordinator and a group of faculty members who work in
close co-ordination with the student’s representatives.
Through a stringent selection process, JKPS picks out students with a drive
to succeed, a high level of integrity, a sense of purpose, a strong sense of
ethics, pro-activeness and an adaptability to change.
