Personality Development Program
Personality development of an aspiring
MBA is a combination of SAK (Skills, Attitude and Knowledge). JKPS has
taken up the responsibility of building the SAK component of their
students on a ‘continuous’ basis through this unique Personality
Development Program.
The PDP program is not a crash course about facing interviews but a
process by which participants gain confidence to handle all kinds of
Interview Panels without losing their self-esteem. The thrust is on
improving the communication skills of every student participant and
making them confident to face any situation.
This program aims at training a participant to speak correctly creating
a greater impact, both individually and in a group.
This program invests time with the students and builds the Relative
Competency Map of students in an aggressive peer pressure environment.
It builds the EQ (Emotional Quotient) of the student to handle Stress
and Negative Emotions.
It works on building the personality of an individual where he/she can
handle information, people, systems and time-frames.
In a nutshell, the PDP program assists a participant in building ‘Life
Skills’ to manage a professional career.
Today, the best business schools all over the world have realized the
importance of life skills. Communication skills are recognized worldwide
as a core Managerial skill. Another important area of discussion is
Ethics. Keeping in tune with global trends, the JK Group has designed
this unique program to produce business leaders. Such leaders would not
only understand the dynamics of Marketing, HR Finance and IT, but they
would be able to talk confidently, write correctly and think like
sensitive human beings. It is a unique program, the first of its kind
offered by a Business school in India.
